Q. How do I see my order status and tracking number?
A. You will receive an email every time a new step occurs. The final email will have the appropriate tracking number for your chosen carrier.
Q. How do I change or cancel an order?
A. Email us as soon as possible, if the order was not processed we can change or cancel it. Once an order is processed you will have to wait until you receive the items and then go through the return process.
Q. What are the shipping times?
A. We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday. In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours M-F. Some items will have to be ordered, which will usually take between 1-3 days and your entire order/shipping procedure will be between 6-10 days.
Q. How do I know if an item is in stock?
A. We stock most items. Some select items have to be ordered, if you need an item immediately, email us and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is based on the carrier/method you choose, the weight of your order, and your destination. You will see the total shipping charge when you check out. In-stock overnight shipping must be submitted by 1:00pm ET.
Q. What is the return/exchange policy?
A. We must be notified of any shipping error within 10 days. We cannot accept returned product under any circumstances after 60 days. All returns are subject to inspection. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge with the exception of defective product or our shipping error.
Q. What if I can’t find an item I need?
A. We can order most items that are available on the market. Email us for special requests and we will respond to you with a quote as soon as possible.
Q. I want to make a large order, can I get a better deal?
A. It depends on what you order. Please email us about your situation.
Q. I am a professional, I would like to make a larger order or create an account with you, what can you do?
A. We are very happy to serve the professional community. Please email or call us and we will be happy to accommodate your needs and extend to you special pricing.
